Vets and staff have been so loving to our dog that he gets excited when we tell him we are going to the vet! Competent and reasonably priced.

The owner (and vet), Barb, is cold and awkward. Communicating with her and getting a clear and concise answer is difficult. Some of the vet techs were great, while some were clearly burnt out and in turn were not friendly whatsoever. The facilities are also pretty outdated compared to the other clinics in the area. There are plenty of other updated, caring and compassionate veterinary clinics in the Upper Valley, don't waste your time here.
